The Alberta SPCA came to Bacque 40 in need of solutions. A tired website with varying degrees of functionality meant that engagement could be better as users need a better user experience top to bottom. The client needed their digital products to better engage new and potential donors.
Bacque 40 combed through the client's webpages, which was five years out of date, and its social media channels, over a few weeks. Every line of text, image and video was critiqued and determined if it provided value to the organization and its goals.
A 50-page audit prepared for the client gave them the roadmap to future success. It contained insight into what works, what doesn't and how their products can captivate existing/new audiences. The client took the recommendations and began to make change as part of its five-year plan.
